Proposed Response: 

• On a Portfolio-wide basis, total expenditures related to the COVID-19 Response from March 31st, 2020 to January 31st 2021 are $311M. 
• This amount includes $52M in Contribution payments to the Canadian Red Cross in support of long-term health care centers in Ontario and Québec.
• Expenditures also include $87M in salary and $28M in overtime. In addition, there was $115M in operations which includes expenses such as the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment and contracts for enhanced cleaning and sterilization.
