Description
The Parole Board of Canada intends to make a number of technical amendments to several sections of Part II of the Corrections and Conditional Release Regulations to address long-standing issues raised by the Standing Joint Committee for the Scrutiny of Regulations and to ensure greater clarity by correcting discrepancies between the English and French versions and addressing minor housekeeping matters.
