The project will engage and assist a population has traditionally been very difficult to engage and connect to supports. The project will engage 32 high risk youth from St. John's city-wide. Specifically, the project will engage and assist high risk youth through a comprehensive package of interventions. These interventions include:
• The expansion of community supports and improved referral / access to these supports by high risk youth. Referral and access will be coordinated and comprehensive.
• Training and counselling to increase resiliency through life skills and problem solving skills.
• Inclusion and healthy relationships to support wise choices and pro-social behaviour
