The VIP project aims to create a rational system that integrates community and school services and will provide intervention, support and healing to the child witnesses of domestic violence. Through the provision of resources, training, awareness raising, partnership building and VIP implementation, the project will ultimately help children and youth to express feelings in a healthy way; recognize their strengths and increase their self-confidence; develop peaceful conflict resolution skills and enable them to grow to build their own healthy and respectful relationships. |
