The goal of this phase is to develop an action plan aimed at preventing delinquency and crime via street work in Opitciwan. The project intends to use action research that combines both a follow-up of collected field data and preventive intervention to oppose crime via different activities (chess club, music courses, physical training, discos, astronomy and cultural activities) aimed at planning strategic lines of development and actions that contribute to preventing delinquency and crime among young people. The organization wishes to hire a streetworker to coordinate project activities. The Entreprise d'entraînement d'Opitciwan (EEO) will contribute to the project by providing eight resources who will assist and support the streetworker/coordinator. |
