The St. Leonard’s Society of Canada, in partnership with Alberta Seventh Step and other community stakeholders, will initiate a process of establishing a Day Reporting Centre, which will enhance Calgary’s existing services for people who experience mental health difficulties and are in contact with the criminal justice system. This Project will put into practice the 2008 Canadian Criminal Justice Association’s (CCJA) study of different approaches among community-based residential facilities (CRFs), which work with people who suffer from mental health disorders. |
