Circles of Support and Accountability is a sixteen-site direct intervention project designed to reduce the risk of re-offending among a group of federally-released sex offenders. The successful community re-integration of these offenders as law-abiding citizens is the fundamental issue being addressed in this national Circles of Support and Accountability project. |
