The X-Roads project is based on the promising program “Gang Prevention Through Targeted Outreach” which was developed and implemented by the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. This project will provide a variety of activities, programs, events and services to meet the needs of the target population in order to address risk factors associated with criminal behaviour. |
