The Circle of Courage is a community-based, intervention/prevention initiative that will address the individual, family, school and community risk factors associated with youth violence and gang involvement by focusing on two strategies; Provision of Opportunities and Social Intervention.
This program will assist 60 Aboriginal male youth (15 youth per year) to develop skills sets and resiliencies that will protect them from the influences and risks associated with gang involvement thereby reducing gang violence and criminal activity.
