The ICPC is a unique international exchange and learning forum for national governments, local authorities, public agencies, specialized institutions and non-governmental organizations. The ICPC helps countries and cities improve community safety and reduce crime and violence by implementing effective and lasting preventive policies, strategies and actions.
With such acquired experience, the ICPC will undertake three activities: the development of a compendium of inspiring practices; the production of a first report on the current state of crime prevention and daily safety in the world; and the organization of an international seminar devoted to the preventive role of the police.
