The Youth Log Home Build involves engaging youth in the construction of a log building in the two communities of the Montreal Lake Cree Nation and Little Red First Nation, as the means to provide youth with general employability and life skills. Once completed, this building will be used as a youth centre that will include programs to support positive youth development in the areas of recreation, education, health & social development, and economic & community development. |
