The purpose of the amendment is to (1) add an additional $199,345.49 to 2015-2016 fiscal year, (2) adjust the expiry date of the agreement to June 30, 2017, (3) add a contribution amount of $1,751,000 for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, (4) adjust project description in ANNEX A, (5) amend the project budget revenue and eligible expenditure line to reflect the increase in Public Safety funding in ANNEX B, and (6) adjust the payment and reporting schedule for the agreement in ANNEX C.
