Toronto Aboriginal Support Services Council will undertake targeted research of: data, reports, Aboriginal offenders and their needs as well as related information such as examining existing healing lodges across Canada in an effort to determine the feasibility of developing a S. 81 healing lodge for federally sentenced Aboriginal women in Toronto.
