Summary
This report if one of four reports that provide details on the development and planned implementation of a performance measurement framework for DLE agencies. The four field locations include the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (Customs), Tasmania Police, South Australia Police and Victoria Police. The following report outlines detailed fieldwork findings for each site and a summary of overall findings. The report also includes a ‘future directions’ section, which provides a possible template for future, detailed analytical work.
