"This report presents findings from a College of Policing evaluation of the pilot. A quasiexperimentalimpact evaluation was carried out in the three forces which tested the effect ofthe new approach before and after implementation in a series of pilot sites relative to a seriesof comparison sites. A qualitative process evaluation was carried out in two of the threeforces which sought to develop a richer understanding of how the pilot was implemented inpractice from a range of difference perspectives (e.g. officers, staff and local partneragencies)." -- Page 2.
