Summary

"Our 2007 audit included five entities—The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, PWGSC, National Defence, Defence Construction Canada, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. ... In this audit, we followed up with the same entities to determine whether they have made satisfactory progress in addressing the issues we reported in 2007. We focused on the policies and processes in place to safeguard classified information and assets in these entities as well as two other security agencies that were not included in our 2007 audit—the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and Communications Security Establishment Canada."--Pages 47-48.
