Summary

This study aims to identify and analyze the barriers that exist for women in law enforcement. Information obtained for this study was based on a literary review of research conducted in the field. The approach will be to present each barrier as having a significant and equal influence on the success of women in law enforcement in order to provide recommendations that will enable women to achieve their objectives with greatest success.
