Summary

"This report represents the continued work of the Commission to oversee the RCMP’s use of the CEW and to hold the Force accountable to the public for that use. The use of this weapon, as well as the related policies and training, continue to evolve and the Commission is pleased to be working with the RCMP to ensure that members are properly trained and that the CEW is utilized and monitored effectively and within the parameters of policy. Next year we look forward to reporting on the SB/OR database."--Conclusion.
