Summary

"This project will determine whether the delivery model of a firearms training program affects the qualification scoring and shooting accuracy. It is hypothesized that if the training is delivered in a more periodic, less clustered method, there will be less muscle fatigue which will allow for a higher proficiency reflected in the qualification scores recorded and fewer failures. It is proposed that the new delivery model will allow for the current material to be delivered in one-day segments followed by several days rest."--Page 8.
