This technical memorandum is an outline of the Nooklooker videosystem, "a portable personal self contained video system that allows a police officer to look in inaccessible places and in dimly lit dark places. The system is portable allowing the police officer to look in hard to reach places such as suspended ceilings, under cars or the front of semi-trailer from the rear door. The system comes in two versions both having a black and white video picture."
