Summary

"ResQ Disc is a throwable, floatable device, developed and manufactured in the United States. It is increasingly widely used by police, fire and rescue personnel for water rescues. A number of these devices were purchased by the Canadian Police Research Centre and were distributed to several agencies for evaluation. The results of the evaluation are documented in this report."
