"This report is in response to a request from the E Division Operations Strategy Branch of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to conduct a statistical review of complaints by the public against the RCMP in British Columbia. Specifically, the request was to describe the nature and extent of complaints against the RCMP in British Columbia, as well as the associated handling of complaints against the RCMP by either the RCMP or the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP (CPC)."
