The organization proposes to work with 100 at-risk youth, aged 15 to 25 (35 girls and 65 boys) in four remote Aboriginal communities at high risk.
The organization will offer workshops on audiovisual and musical training and creation, and individual follow-up sessions with the most at-risk youth in each community. It will also create a local consultative committee with representatives from the schools, communities and families, and develop a peer-helper network with two to four young leaders per community.
