This project will conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the Mamowichihitowin program. The cost-benefit analysis will compare the costs of running the program with the cost of incarcerating offenders convicted of the same or similar offenses. It will also look at the success and recidivism rates of both processes as well as any value added benefits. |
