The program focuses on drug use and is aimed at a maximum of 250 girls and boys aged 12 to 17 who present risk factors for delinquency, such as drug use associated with criminal behaviour.
The objective of this project is to promote access to appropriate services, help participants stay out of the criminal justice system, reduce reoffending in youth who are already involved with the justice system, and provide interventions on an individual, family and community basis. These activities and programs fulfill the needs of participants and their families, take their interests and strengths into account, and draw on resources available in the community.
