| Purpose : |
In support of a gathering that will bring together 20 to 30 Aboriginal participants, with representation from across Canada, to examine the issue of those affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and the criminal justice system. The participants will also be asked to explore and develop strategies for the safe reintegration of Aboriginal FASD individuals with an emphasis on reducing recidivism. The gathering will be held in Winnipeg on March 3-4, 2008. |
