This project is geared to young people aged five to seventeen and to their immediate circle of parents, teachers and case workers. The organization intends to improve the retraining, upgrading and follow-up tools already developed; to do a follow-up among organizations that have already been reached; to offer updating and further training within communities that have adopted the project's values (Phases 1 and 2); to offer follow-ups and support within communities that have implemented a conflict resolution/mediation service; to ensure the durability of the school mediation services by ensuring that a resource person be able to train newcomers, and to ensure the continuity of the service; and finally to make an overall assessment of the results obtained from the three phases of "How About Talking." |
