| Purpose : |
This project will focus on 50-60 Aboriginal youth-in-care within the welfare system, aged 13-21, who are gang involved or at highest risk of gang involvement. The project will intervene through key activities such as the development of individualized intervention plans; positive mentorship and recreational opportunities; academic support; employment skills; and family support skills. |
