Summary
The VPD and the VPB have provided submissions to the Study Commission addressing the changes that have been made since 2002, with recommendations for further change. The present submissions are directed to the Hearing Commission, which is focused on paragraphs (a) and (b) of the Terms of Reference. These submissions are limited to paragraph (a), which relates to the conduct of the police investigations from 1997 to 2002.
